Also focuses its activity on the field of restructuring and insolvency, having extensive experience in the various types of insolvency proceedings and company recovery, as well as in the study and advice on restructuring measures, namely measures with an impact on liabilities, measures with an impact on in the corporate structure and sanitation and transfer of the establishment.
In litigation and commercial arbitration, she works in various legal matters and sectors of economic activity, acting at the pre-litigation and litigation level (court proceedings and arbitrations).
