Environmental and Energy Law today has a prominent place both at national and community level, with companies being subject to a myriad of rules and procedures, in constant evolution, not always easy to follow. For this reason, we have devoted special attention to both preventive, repressive, and sanctioning procedures, providing legal support in environmental impact assessment (EIA) and environmental licensing (LA) procedures, in civil, criminal, and administrative offence, as well as in the discussion of all procedures related to the European trade in greenhouse gas emission permits (CELE).
