Industry partner since 2022, he is the coordinator of the Labor Law and Social Security area, developing his activity, both in terms of advice in the context of individual relations and collective labor relations, including labor advice in disciplinary actions, in hiring workers and termination of employment contracts, namely by carrying out procedures for collective redundancies or job terminations, as well as advising on workers transfer processes, prevention of occupational risks and accidents at work or carrying out labor audits.
Alongside this, ensures the sponsorship of several clients in matters of labor and social security litigation, as well as in administrative proceedings with the Autoridade para as Condições do Trabalho (Working Conditions Authority).
At the same time, has intervened in the area of personal data protection and GDPR, participating in privacy management audits of companies in various sectors of activity.
