The practice area of labor law and social security has proved to be essential for the correct and efficient management of human resources, especially in a challenging framework that has to be articulated with more flexible, innovative, and digital solutions.
This is an area of practice with a long tradition in our office, given the monitoring of private clients and permanent advice to companies, from various sectors of activity and size, in various fields of labor law, namely in monitoring processes of administrative nature with the Authority for Working Conditions (ACT), in lay-off procedures and in the termination of the employment contract, processes of collective dismissal or termination of work, disciplinary proceedings, collective regulation, accidents at work and follow-up in litigation processes before the labor courts.
We also highlight the intervention and participation of our team in various national and international labor law forums, as well as the publication of several technical articles.
