Associate since 2021, develops her activity in the areas of Labor Law and Social Security, Visas and Immigration and Sports Law.
Provides regular advice on the most varied matters of Labor Law, at the level of individual and collective relations, namely drawing up employment contracts, regulating their termination, instructing disciplinary proceedings and participating in lay-off procedures, among others.
Alongside this, it ensures representation in labor and social security litigation, as well as with the Authority for Working Conditions.
Has developed her professional career in advising foreign citizens in complying with the requirements for entry, stay, exit and removal from the national territory, with special experience in the treatment and monitoring of Golden Visa processes and residence permits for the exercise of subordinate professional activity and independent.
At the same time, has intervened in Sports Law, namely in the context of administrative offense proceedings before the Portuguese Professional Football League and the Court of Sport Arbitration.
