He regularly advises clients on the preparation of privacy and data protection policies, the development of internal regulations and compliance programs capable of mitigating risks for economic agents.
Provides regular activity in the area of personal data protection and GDPR.
Ensures the sponsorship of national and international clients in matters of competition law before the different administrative and judicial entities, namely Competition Authorities, Food and Economic Safety Authority and Courts.
At the same time, he has developed his activity in areas such as sports law, namely negotiating and drawing up employment contracts, representation contracts and sponsorship contracts, as well as defending the interests of sports agents, in national and international courts and in the various bodies, arbitration and disciplinary bodies, national sports federations and governing federations of sports worldwide.
Also develops significant activity in the area of economic misdemeanours.
